  1. Status : Track where each lead is in your pipeline: New, Contacted, Proposal Sent, Won, Lost, etc.
  2. Lead Source : See where your leads are coming from (Website, Social Media, Events, Cold Calls, and more).
  3. Assigned To : Manage team accountability by assigning leads to specific reps or staff.
  4. Priority : Organize your workflow by marking leads as High, Medium, or Low priority.
  5. Follow-Up Date : Never forget to follow up. Use this to trigger outreach or updates.
  6. Deal Amount : Enter the expected value of the deal so you can forecast revenue.
  7. Probability to Close : Assign a win probability (like 80%, 50%, etc.) to help forecast weighted revenue.

Includes a built-in Dashboard


On top of the tracker, there’s also a built-in dashboard that updates automatically as you input data. It shows you:

  • A bar chart of lead statuses so you can visually track pipeline health
  • Total potential revenue based on all deals entered
  • Forecasted revenue based on deal size and probability to close

This dashboard helps you spot opportunities and bottlenecks at a glance, no need for any formulas or setups.

You can upload the Excel file to a shared drive like Google Drive or OneDrive. If you’re using the Google Sheets version, simply click "Share" and invite your team members with view or edit access.
