Lead time is the amount of time you have to complete a task before it is due. To calculate this, determine your start date and then count the number of days until your due date.
The resulting number is your lead time. Now, be sure to exclude any non-working days like holidays or weekends. And if you don't have any non-working days, please keep in mind that no one on their death bed has ever uttered the words "Man, I wish I spent more time at the office".
To make things a little easier for you, simply enter the start date for your task and it's due date below. Then, click calculate and my robots will handle the rest.
