The workload estimator works by taking account of all your tasks and ranks them based on the priority you enter. Critical and High priority tasks are given a higher score than Medium and Low to help you focus on tackling the tasks that are most impactful for you and your business.
To get started all you need to do is follow these easy steps.
Your workload results are displayed as a percentage. Anything above 100% means you are working beyond capacity and burnout could be imminent. For results like these, we give you a recommendation of which tasks you should trim to make your workday more manageable.
Tasks marked as Low or Medium priority are usually the first to go. The estimator will highlight which ones can be trimmed down or postponed, so you can reclaim control of your time without sacrificing whatâs truly important.
